ABC Health and Safety Training Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time when you need to return a purchase, and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your course, we offer free returns when requested at least 24 hours before your registered class. You can return your course for class credit or a refund using the original payment method.

Refunds can be requested if made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. If you miss your class or request a refund less than 24 hours before the start time, we will be happy to reschedule you to a later date, provided it’s within one month of the original class date. You will be responsible for the difference in fees if the new class costs more. No refund if the new class costs less. Refunds are subject to a transaction fee determined by the payment processor you used, such as PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All sales are final, and no other refunds or exchanges are available.

To request a return, email us at with your order number and return reason. Our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.


After receiving your request, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 10 Days days from the receipt of your class for your return to be processed.
